Cookie Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Leaped uses a small amount of browser storage, and only for things the platform needs to work. This page explains what is stored and why.

01What we use

We use cookies and equivalent browser storage mechanisms (local storage and session storage). Both are referred to as "cookies" here for simplicity.

02Essential cookies and session storage

These are required for the platform to function and cannot be switched off:

  • Authentication and session — keeping you signed in, holding your session token, and restoring your session when you return or refresh a page.
  • Security — protecting sign-in, verification and payment flows from abuse.
  • Application state — short-lived values needed to carry a flow across steps, such as returning from the payment provider.

If you block these, you will not be able to sign in or use the authenticated parts of the platform.

03Preferences

Where the product stores a preference in your browser, it is used only to keep the interface consistent for you. Leaped is dark-only and does not store a theme preference.

04Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated before those cookies are introduced, and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

05Third parties

Our payment provider, ScaleIQ Pay Hub, may set its own cookies on its own pages during checkout, under its own policies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may set cookies strictly needed to serve and secure the site.

06Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in and the authenticated product. Clearing cookies signs you out; your account data is unaffected.
