We collect only what the platform actually uses. Categories below reflect the features that exist today.

• Physical limitations you disclose, used only to avoid assigning unsuitable tasks

Self / Discipline

• Reading, learning and focus activity

Product data

• Daily task assignments and completion records
• Progress, progression level and streaks
• Leaped Score and score history
• Projections and estimates derived from your records

We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or banking credentials. Those are handled by the payment provider.

Technical

• Standard server and application logs generated when you use the platform, which may include IP address, timestamps and error information, used for security and debugging.

• To process your registration and record your payment status.
• To personalise your daily tasks based on your baseline, resources, limitations and capacity.
• To calculate your tracking summaries, progression, streaks, Leaped Score, projections and certificate eligibility.
• To send transactional email such as verification, password reset and payment or account notices.
• To send updates and promotional communication where you gave marketing consent.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the platform.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your financial, health or reflection records to serve third-party advertising.

Financial and wellness information is provided voluntarily by you, for the purpose of personalisation, tracking and calculation inside the platform. Leaped does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, financial advice, investment advice or tax advice. See the Disclaimer.

You can choose not to record any given item. Some features will then be limited or unavailable, because the calculations depend on what you record.

• You can view and use your records through your account at any time.
• Editable records, such as goals, can be updated in the product.
• Some records are deliberately append-only — daily task snapshots, ledger entries, baseline versions and score history — so that your challenge history stays accurate and cannot be rewritten after the fact.
• You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your dashboard.
• You can ask us to correct information, or to close your account and delete data we are not required to keep, by writing to queries@leaped.in. Deleting challenge data ends participation and forfeits certificate eligibility.

We share information only where it is necessary to run the Service:

• Payment processing — ScaleIQ Pay Hub, to take payment and confirm registration.
• Transactional email — Resend, to deliver verification, password reset and account emails.
• Hosting and database infrastructure — the cloud infrastructure providers that host the application and store its data.
• Legal and regulatory — where disclosure is required by law or to protect our legal rights.

A small number of authorised internal staff can access operational records (registration, payment status, account status) to provide support. Internal access to your financial, health and reflection records is restricted, and administrative actions are logged.

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level database authorisation so records are readable only by the account that owns them, server-side authorisation for sensitive operations, and audit logging for internal administrative actions.

No online service can be described as completely secure. We do not claim that our systems are impenetrable. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We keep information for as long as your account exists and the challenge record is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes such as certificate verification, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal, tax or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes it is deleted or anonymised.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will close the account.

Cookies and similar browser storage are used for sign-in and session handling. See the Cookie Policy.

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The current version is always published here with the date it was last updated.
