These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Leaped.in website, platform and the Leaped Challenge (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by:

References to "Leaped", "we", "us" and "our" mean Leaped.in (A unit of ScaleIQ Labs). "You" means the person registering for or using the Service.

Leaped is a structured personal-growth platform built around a fixed-duration daily challenge across three pillars: Money, Health and Self/Discipline. The platform assigns daily tasks, records the information you enter, tracks your consistency and produces summaries, estimates and a private Leaped Score.

Leaped is an educational and self-tracking tool. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, medical practitioner, therapist or coach, and it does not act in any professional advisory capacity.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

If we become aware that a registration does not meet these requirements, we may suspend or close the account.

Registration requires the details requested during the registration flow, a confirmed payment and email verification. An account becomes usable once your email address is verified. We may decline or cancel a registration where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Tell us at queries@leaped.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Registration is completed by paying the registration amount applicable at the time of payment, plus GST. Payments are processed by ScaleIQ Pay Hub. Your registration is treated as confirmed only when we receive a confirmation of successful payment from the payment provider. Confirmation shown by your bank, card issuer or the payment page alone does not by itself confirm registration.

• The price on 26 August 2026 is ₹399. All prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes; no tax is added at checkout.
• While registration remains open, the price increases by ₹100 at 12:00 AM IST each day, up to a maximum of ₹999. Once the maximum is reached, the price does not increase further.
• The price shown on the site is calculated by our servers at the moment of registration and is the price that applies to you.
• Once paid, your registration amount does not change, and no adjustment is made for earlier or later prices.

The Leaped Challenge begins on 1 September 2026 at 6:00 AM IST and ends on 1 January 2027. Registration and payments close at 11:59 PM IST on 5 September 2026. Participants who register after the challenge has begun join at the then-current challenge day and do not receive assignments for earlier days.

The challenge runs each day from 1 September 2026 through 1 January 2027. Each day the platform assigns a small set of tasks across the Money, Health and Self/Discipline pillars, based on your recorded baseline, resources, available capacity and progression history. Assigned tasks are recorded as immutable daily snapshots so your history remains accurate.

We may improve, adjust or correct the task library, the assignment logic and the platform over the course of the challenge.

The Service depends on information you choose to enter, including onboarding details, financial entries, wellness records and self-discipline records. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. Inaccurate or incomplete information will produce inaccurate summaries, estimates and tracking.

How this information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Task selection is rule-based and derived from the information you provide. Personalization means tasks are matched to your stated resources, capacity and recorded progress. It does not mean the plan has been reviewed or approved by a financial, medical or other professional, and it is not tailored professional advice.

Marking a task complete is a self-report. We do not verify task completion. Tasks that are not actioned by the end of their day are recorded as missed. Completion and missed records feed progression, regression, streaks and the Leaped Score, and once a day has closed its record is not editable.

Money features let you record income, expenses, savings, investments, debts and goals, and view calculations and estimates based only on what you record. Leaped does not provide financial advice, investment advice, securities advice or tax advice, does not recommend products or instruments, and does not hold, move or manage your money. Health features cover general movement, strength, cardio, hydration, sleep, recovery and measurement tracking. They are wellness features only. Leaped does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice or guaranteed health outcomes. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before starting or changing any physical activity, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury or limitation. You participate in physical activity at your own risk.

Self/Discipline features record activities such as reading, learning, focus work, planning and optional written reflection. Reflection text is private to your account. These features are not therapy, counselling, psychological assessment or personality assessment.

Projections — including estimated debt-free dates, savings trajectories and weight trends — are deterministic estimates calculated from the information you have recorded and stated assumptions. They assume your recorded behaviour continues. They are not predictions, promises or guarantees, and actual outcomes will differ.

The Leaped Score is a private, internal measure of consistency, completion and progression within the challenge. It is not a credit score, financial score, health score, personality score or a measure of wealth or appearance, and it carries no meaning outside the platform. Scoring logic may be refined; where that happens it is applied consistently.

A completion certificate is issued after the final challenge day ends, where the platform's records show both at least 70% of eligible days met and at least 70% of eligible assigned tasks completed. Eligibility is determined by our server-side records. Certificates are issued under an identifier that can be checked on the public verification page and are based on a snapshot of your recorded results at the time of issue.

Participants who are issued a completion certificate receive Leaped Club membership. Membership is a recognition of completion. Its benefits, if any, are described on the platform and may change over time. Membership may be withdrawn where a certificate was obtained through misrepresentation or misuse of the Service.

The Leaped.in platform, brand, content, task library, structure, copy and design are owned by ScaleIQ Labs and are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own participation in the challenge. You may not copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit the platform or its content. The information you enter remains yours.

• Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer or overload the platform or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape or bulk-extract platform content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or falsify records to obtain a certificate.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use of the Service is unlawful, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; stopping use does not by itself create a refund entitlement, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may also discontinue or change parts of the Service; where the change is material we will make reasonable effort to inform registered participants.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular financial, health, personal or other outcome will be achieved. Results depend on your own actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, savings, income, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or from decisions you take based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to register. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the platform or to legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under applicable law to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Service.
